A software application was born from a desire to never let students miss a lecture they wanted to attend because they did not know about it.
In addition to testing the usability of an early version, we consulted with the mastermind of the app on taking a bigger, better idea to market. After redesign, the client won the opportunity to pitch the new version to top management at the headquarters of a Fortune 1,000 company.
Selzer made the initial contacts, guided the conversations, and coached the development team in their well-received presentation. While the 2015 pitch was not successful (and the winning vendor is still not yet live in their markets), the client team gained invaluable experience.
